Selling Your Home?

If you are selling your home, a Resale Certificate is required by law, since our neighborhood has an established Homeowners Association. Please contact the LHOA Board by emailing us at landmarkhoa@gmail.com, or by calling us at 972-480-5250, to obtain a Resale Certificate and other documents for transferring ownership at closing.

Brush & Bulky Trash

The pick-up week for Landmark is scheduled for the 1st Monday of the month. Items should be placed on the curb for collection no later than 7:00 a.m. the Monday of the pick-up week. Items should not be set out for collection earlier than 7:00 a.m. on the Thursday before the collection week.
